When I registered for a hotel room, I forgot to fill out one of the required fields and when the system returned me to the page to fill it in, the system also changed the date of reservation back to the default day, which was the day I made the reservation -- not the day of travel. Therefore, I paid for a room that I never stayed in. I didn't think to look to see if my date had been changed. Although I have selected Good in all of the categories above, I had to do this because I couldn't submit these comments without doing so. Again, another fault in the system. Jayne

Location is within a stones throw from the the water. Shopping area is nearby. Hotel restaurant meals and service is top notch. Staff is very helpful and aim to please. The room with full kitchen is a wonderful value for the money and the housekeeping staff keep the whole hotel spotless. I would recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers looking for a safe, comfortable, and good value location for a short or long stay. As a business traveler from the USA I am completely happy with this hotel. I will be back again.

Hotel location is very good and room size is adequate but room interior needs improvement from a number of aspects: - Room Lighting is not sufficient, specially near mirrors for shaving needs immediate installation of some good lights - ward robe is not sufficient for two persons needs bigger one - no hangers are available for clothes inside the washroom Management: - towels and bed sheets were not replaced daily by neat ones, this might have happened from negligence of staff - despite informing the counter, room was not cleaned on day 4 of my stay Breakfast: needs review by the dishes consumed or not basis; some of the dishes can be replaced by the liked ones without extra cost My comments are purely for constructive review Best Regards
